Colm Flanagan

• Colm was admitted to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 2003 and the Bar of Ireland in 2007 where he successfully established a significant and diverse common law practice representing and counselling clients at all levels of the court system and gaining extensive experience in advocacy, civil and commercial litigation and insolvency

• Colm principally practices in the areas of both civil and commercial litigation and public law with particular focus on insolvency, restructuring and complex contractual matters working on both contentious and non-contentious cases

• Colm is a senior member of the firm’s litigation department which has exceptionally broad experience and expertise in commercial and civil litigation, insolvency and restructuring.
