• Real Estate (including leases)

The firm routinely advises both commercial and private clients on real property matters including not only the acquisition, sale or mortgage of residential and commercial property in the Cayman Islands, but also residential and commercial leases, property development, conveyancing and title disputes.

• Business Licensing

All businesses carrying on a business from or within the Islands, save for the entering into and execution of agreements relating to services performed elsewhere, require to be either licensed and regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, or licensed pursuant to the Local Companies Control Law and/or the Trade & Business Licensing Law. The firm is well versed in all licensing requirements and frequently advises upon and acts in connection with applications for the necessary licenses including work permits, permanent residency and immigration matters.
